I am a teacher and the school did not have a a burner, so I got myself an alcohol burner. And it was a great investment. clean and safe

Worth the Money
 
Recently we purchased the MicroChem Kit and they recommend buying this set with it. It was well worth the minimal added expense. The experiments are so much easier when you have a burner with a stand. Additionally, this burner is easy to light, easy to use, and small enough to store without a problem. I even got fuel locally at our hardware store. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Very useful
 
Great product, hotter than conventional lamps. Just make sure you don't leave yours out in the cold car like I did. It needs to be warmed up or it won't light.

Safe and efficient!
 
Lamp not only provides a clean, hot flame, but the alcohol reservoir doesn't leak, a must especially in a homeschool environment.
