This warranty does not cover light bulbs, batteries, or damage due to misuse, abuse, alterations, or accident. You will need to return your product freight prepaid for warranty service to Home Science Tools, or the repair facility we designate. We will repair or replace your product at no charge and return it freight prepaid to you. Please call 1-800-860-6272 to arrange warranty service before returning a product
