Return/Reorder Instructions & Form

1. If we sent you the wrong item or you received a damaged or defective product, please call us at 1-800-860-6272.
2. Returns must normally be received within 90 days of your original invoice. Please call 1-800-860-6272 if it is past 90 days.
3. Returned items must be unused and with the original packaging! (This does not apply to defective or damaged items.)
4. Complete this Return Form if you wish to return an item.
5. If you're returning a gift, include the purchaser's name and address.
6. To reorder, either send the reorder with your return or call us at 1-800-860-6272.
7. Please pack the items securely and ship by UPS or insured mail, using the preprinted address label on the Return Form.
8. We will give you credit, a refund, or a gift certificate for the amount you paid for the items, per your request. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
9. We cannot accept returns on LD or UN items.
