Backordered ItemsWe work hard to keep up our warehouse inventory so that you get your products in good time, but once in awhile certain items may be backordered. In these cases we will hold orders shipped by Standard Service or Priority Mail for up to seven days if the backordered items are expected within that time. If the backorder is not expected within a week, or if you chose express shipping, all in-stock items are shipped immediately. Backordered items are shipped separately by the least expensive shipping method when they become available.If you need the backordered item to be shipped by express service when it comes in, please place a separate order for that item and choose the appropriate shipping method. The date we expect to receive a backordered item is noted on the product description page on our website. We usually ship backordered items within three weeks. You may cancel backorders any time up to the shipment date.
