How do I get your product videos to play?

To play a product video, click the "Watch Video" button and press play on the screen that pops up.

If a product video on our website won't play for you, you probably have an old version of the Flash player. Our videos are compatible with versions 8 and 9. You can download the latest Flash player for free.

If the product video starts and stops without playing all the way through, there might be network congestion slowing the program down. Try closing the video screen and then clicking the "Watch video" button again. This time the video should load faster than it plays, so you can watch without pauses.

You can also watch some of our product videos on our YouTube video page without having to install a Flash player.
