Excellent Product

Very sturdy box.Inserts are sturdy so specimens don't drift around. Excellent product will be getting more to store my mineral collection. Only problem shipping is high (I live in Canada)- so can only get 2 at a time.

Insert a little flimsy
 
Love these boxes! They are sturdy, durable, and attractive, and the divisions are generously sized. The only drawback is that the inserts are lightweight cardboard and not secured to the box, so they shift easily and may not hold up well.

The Perfect Solution

Over the years I have collected rocks from many places I've visited (rather than buy souvenirs). I've stored them in plastic bags, but now was the time to get them organized. These Collection Display Boxes were the perfect solution. The compartments are roomy, (I only had to break one rock in two.) the boxes are sturdy, and they store neatly. I pressed mailing labels on each compartment with the typed location where I found the rock. The only additions I made was to tape the inserts to the side of the box, so they wouldn't ride up and let smaller rocks move to the next compartment. This product was the perfect solution.

Display dilemma conquered
 
We ordered 3 to put all of my daughters rocks she collected to use for a science fair. It makes it look very professional. I like it because we can now keep them together, but neatly. We were going to build our own and then I stumbled on to this site. Thanks.
