The 15x magnification is great for observing the moon. Durable plastic telescope magnifies objects 15X. Objective lens is 35mm. Ages 10 & up.

Please note: This telescope does NOT come with a tripod/mount as shown in the first picture. For best image results a basic mount (such as a camera tripod) can be used with the Galileoscope.
