The Glo Germ Mini is an economical kit designed to teach up to 25 people proper handwashing technique. It is smaller and more affordable than the Glo Germ Gel kit and designed for teaching small groups or for a one-time training. The mini kit contains a 2-ounce bottle of Glo Germ gel (sufficient for 20-25 applications), a disposable ultra-violet keychain light, and an informative training manual.
Check out our Glo Germs video to see how it can be used effectively to teach kids (and adults) about the importance of handwashing.

We did as suggested and made a glow box to better see the glo-germs. This was a huge success with the girls! It was so easy for them to understand and fun at the same time. We really enjoyed this kit.

- Monday, May 19, 2008 Glo Germ Mini-Handwashing kit Reviewed By: Christy We loved this product. My kids were amazed at how many "germs" were left on their hands even after their normal handwashing routine. They were anxious to wash better to see if they could get rid of all the germs. Since we used this kit I have noticed them washing their hands much better and using anti-bacterial hand gel more frequently after blowing their noses and sneezing. The kit was easy to use and the little ultra-violet keychain light was sufficient for viewing the germs. The kids are anxious to take the kit to family get-togethers to show their aunts, uncles, and cousins how dirty their hands are and to teach them how to properly wash their hands to get rid of the germs. I highly recommend this product for families. I would probably recommend the larger kit if you have a classroom of students as you would get a sturdier light, but the keychain light is okay for smaller groups.
