This is the multimedia companion to Apologia's Human Body: Fearfully and Wonderfully Made. It contains all of the multimedia add-ons that can be found on the Human Body CD-ROM, but excludes the text of the course. This is the perfect supplement for those who want to use a print textbook but are interested in the extras that can be found on the CD-ROM. It's also great for the student who does not own a microscope, as microscopic videos are included.

Examples of multimedia content on this CD:

• Animation: Bone Growth - moving diagram demonstrating how new cartilage forms and old cartilage hardens to make bones.
• Pronunciation: Hematoma - 1-second recording of a voice saying "Hee-muh-tow-muh."
• Movie: A Real Human Spinal Cord - short film showing a spinal cord from a cadaver with an explanation of the parts.

Note: Requires a PC computer with sound card, speakers, and a printer, running Windows 95/NT or higher. Requires Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher (provided on the CD). We recommend at least a Pentium 100 processor with 16Mb of RAM.
