Bacillus cereus bacteria is Gram+ and rod shaped. Each order includes aproximately 10 ml of broth that can be applied with an
inoculating needle. The culture comes in a slant tube.
Note: This item only ships to a street address in the continental 48 US states with Standard or UPS Ground shipping. Specify a delivery date Wednesday through Friday, at least seven days after your order date. An additional $10 shipping charge applies to each delivery date.
Live cultures can be difficult to sustain. The culture will come with care instructions but plan to use it within 1-2 days of arrival for best results.

Completely Satisfied I am very satisfied with this live culture. It grew very well in a 72 degree room with room lighting in about 3 days. I used it as soon as I received it, I saved the extra, and stored it in the cold garage. This bacteria was still usable about 4 days later. I used this as a "last resort" in my experiment, and now I wish I had used it first. It arrived on the date specified (no later, thank goodness!). Overall, I am very satisfied with this product. My only suggestion to Home Science Tools would be to include safety guidelines. Also, when ordering this, be sure not to "over-order." I ordered three tubes, but I didn't even finish the first tube. The first tube was MUCH MORE than enough to cover 15 petri dishes. I am very satisfied with this product.
