kit order form lists optional items to go with this kit.
You can order this kit now even if you will be doing the dissections later in the year. If you don't have them already from first-year biology, we recommend ordering dissection tools and a tray. (The shark tray is optional.)

Can't wait!Reviewed By: Lisa W. Just received this kit and can't wait to start! We have previously used the kit for biology and found the specimens to be very impressive so I knew we'd use HST specimens again. Make sure you get the dissection instrument kit, if at all possible as you can use it over and over again with other curriculus.

Loved it, but order the shark dissection tray too.Reviewed By: Steph Mcgahhey My daughter and I really loved this kit. It came with all the specimens needed to complete the dissection labs in our curriculum. I loved that I didn't have to search the lists and order individual specimens. The specimens were in great condition and were packaged well. The hands on dissections brought the text to life. The specimens were much larger than I expected and so I would definately order the shark dissection tray along with this kit. I highly recommend this kit to anyone using the Apologia Marine Biology curriculum.
