Solid construction. Everything needed to study image formation in convex lenses is included in this kit. Students are amazed by the image of the upside down candle! A must do experiment. Using glossy photo paper for the screen makes it even better.  - Thursday, January 21, 2010a little pricey for the quality Reviewed By: Tim A couple of disappointments: it is clearly marked, but note this comes with two lenses but only one lens holder, if you want to combine them, you'll have to order an extra. The metal clips need a fair amount of bending to get them to fit right. The metal clips are sturdy. This is not of the quality I remember from my college optics course set, still it is what it claims. |
