Owl Pellet Guide: Elementary
 
This guide has very good information that is age appropriate. The information is clearly written and easy to use. The only negative is that for $6.00 I expected something more than 8 pages of print.

This 8-page booklet provides background information on Barn Owls and instructions on how to dissect the owl pellets. Along with a procedure plan for the dissection, several approaches to the subject are given dependant on student age. Several reproducibles and charts are included. I will be teaching an "Owl Pellet" class for my local homeschool co-op and look forward to using some of the ideas presented in this booklet.
