Product Availability

Product availability is provided on the product detail pages throughout the store and is also provided in your shopping cart. We typically have 99% of our products available for immediate shipment at any given time. As a result, online orders received by 5 p.m. EST (2 p.m. PST) are typically processed the same business day. Orders received after 5 p.m. EST are typically processed the next business day.

We may hold orders shipped by UPS Ground or Priority Mail for up to seven days if out-of-stock items are expected within that time. Otherwise, all in-stock items are shipped immediately, and backordered items are shipped separately at a later date by the shipping method of our choice. There is no extra charge for shipping the backordered items.

We usually ship backordered items within three weeks. The date we expect to receive a backordered item is noted on your order. You may cancel backorders any time up to the shipment date.

A few products are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. "Drop Shipped" will be noted in the product description of these items. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
