No slide preparation is necessary with this unique protozoan set--just place the compressed viewing chamber of the culture under your microscope, and watch live protozoa up close. This set comes with five different protist cultures: Euglena, Paramecium, Blepharisma, Spirostomum, and Stentor. Compare different anatomical structures and locomotive techniques. Viewing at 100x is ideal.

Cool Little Critters

We ordered these for a science co-op and they were the neatest things to look at under a microscope! I especially liked that there was no need to do a "slide prep" because of the unique design of the vial. They were a big hit with the adults as well as the kids since, being alive and very active, we could appreciate the wonder of God's design in even the smallest of creatures.

Great set! I'm able to see some with my bare eyes, microscope is best. Each tube is very full, easy to look at under microscope in the specially designed tubes. Everyone wants to look at them! I highly recommend it.
