Overall Rating: Write an online review and share your thoughts with other customers Sort Reviews: Newest | Oldest | Highest Rating | Lowest Rating - Wednesday, January 02, 2013 Poor CommunicationReviewed By: JRod With viability of the eggs dependent upon proper shipping and immediate transfer to the incubator, one would hope that a notification of shipping of the eggs would be given. Unfortunately, despite the site stating that the eggs would be shipped 2-3 weeks after ordering, our eggs were shipped immediately and without any notification. The shipping package had no label to indicate that it contained a live animal or that it was even the eggs. Therefore the eggs sat for days with other packages before being opened to find the now cold dead eggs. Better communication with the customer and labeling the package as having the eggs within would help avoid such issues and likely increase the number of viable chicks.
HST adds: We're sorry to hear about this! As stated in the description above, this item is drop-shipped from our suppliers, so, unfortunately, we're unable to offer more precise shipping information or communication once it's passed along from our warehouse. - Wednesday, October 19, 2011 Only 1 hatched! But its fun!Reviewed By: Michelle Well its been 19 days and only one hatched. He is so lonely!! I will say it was an amazing adventure and we are still holding on to the hopes that the others may hatch as well. He is adorable an d the kids love him. I am having a hard time regulating my incubator so maybe thats why. I would love to try this again.
