(Robo-Stamp 2 Robot Kit with Basic Programming
This Robo-Stamp 2 is an intermediate-level educational robotics kit. It uses the i-Stamp 2P24 microprocessor and BASIC programming language to provide many hours of hands-on learning. You can build, program, and experiment with two different robots with multiple sensor configurations with this kit.The Robo-Stamp 2 is designed for older kids or adults who want to learn more advanced programming for greater control precision and also want to experiment with remote control robotics. The Robo-Stamp brain is an i-Stamp 2P24 (BASIC Stamp) programmable microcontroller board. You program it from your PC using PBASIC 2.5 software or communicate with the wireless IR remote control unit.

You'll learn about mechanics, electronics, physics, microprocessors and programming as you build and operate two different robots and then experiment with different sensors:
- IzeBot is a round wheeled robot with which you will learn to precisely control movement, speed, and turning programmed from your PC or through remote control. Then you can add touch and distance sensors to detect and maneuver around objects.
- RoboTank is a rectangular track robot with which you will learn to maneuver a tracked vehicle with high precision. Then you can add infrared sensors to follow a track or maneuver a maze. You can also add distance sensors to find and maneuver around objects.
