Note: This kit is intended for parent/teacher use to complete curriculum lab activities with students. It includes items that are not designed or intended primarily for children ages 12 and under.
Kit Contents
This kit includes the following items (download the kit order form to order individual or optional items):
- Balloon set
- Clay, 1/4 lb.
- Cup, paper, 8 oz, 4/pk
- Limestone
- Magnifying glass, 2" diameter
- Peat moss, 60 cubic inches
- Pebbles, 1 lb.
- Pipet (medicine dropper)
- Rubber bands, 1.4 oz. bag
- Ruler, 30 cm
- Sand, coarse, 1 lb.
- Seeds, lima bean, 15 g pack
- Spring scale, 500 g/5 Newton
- Tape measure, steel, 3 meters
- Thermometer, double scale, 12"
While our kits conveniently contain most of the items you'll need to complete the labs, they do not include some common household items or more expensive items like microscopes and live cultures. Please see the kit order form for items you might wish to order separately.

Makes Science Fun and EasyReviewed By: Jeanne Smith I homeschool 4 children. Using this science kit with Switched On Schoolhouse Curriculum makes it so fun and easy. The children can't wait for our next experiment. Even the children not in that particular grade level enjoy each experiment. It is very handy and a blessing to a homeschool teacher mom/dad.

Great stuff!!Reviewed By: Christy Turner I also homeschool 4 children. My two oldest are in 3rd grade, but the younger ones are benifitting from this kit as well. Good quality products and EXACTLY what is needed to complete the experiments with the SOS software. SO easy! It's nice to have a pre-packaged kit and not to have to piece this together on my own!
