"Learning Outside of the Textbook"

Teaching 4 children at home is a hard one for me. There are not enough hours to do some of the things that I would like to do. Science is a subject we learn better "by doing hands on" - even for the sake of variety. Life sciences come naturally - insects, weather, birds, etc, but physical sciences are hard to incorporate. This game meets that need - as it teaches areas such as lenses, telescopes, inventions, springs, wheels, and so forth. Level 1 is a great starting place for my middle elementary children and provides great review for the high schoolers. The questions are great to put in a zip-lock bag for a trip as well. The children love to quiz one another when we have unexpected delays. The game board and components are sturdy and durable. Great educational game for the family! A great way to reinforce physical science!

My kids even play this one without me telling them to! I can hardly believe I found something that can compete with video games!
