This is a nice package of tumbling rock ready for use in your rock tumbler. The rock specimens typically range from 1" to 3" and are a nice mix many different kinds and colors. Most of the rock in this mix will tumble to a high luster shine and make very attractive pieces.Each bag is unique but will include specimens like agate, chalcedony, purple jasper, red jasper, yellow jasper, petrified wood, green aventurine quartz, rose quartz, snow quartz, quartzite, and a variety of other rocks and minerals. The hardness of the rocks in this tumbling mix is around 5-7 on the Mohs scale so they will all tumble well together.
You can also use this mix to start a rock and mineral collection of your own or to practice your rock and mineral identification skills.
